The Smith & Pepper jewellery-manufacturing firm is now a museum, which tells the story of the Jewellery Quarter and Birminghams renowned jewellery and metalworking heritage. As part of the premanent exhibition there are live demonstrations of traditional jewellery-making skills and visitors can get first-hand experience of what it was like to work in this noisy and busy workshop.
